2017 - 2020
Media Designer Digital & Print Apprenticeship
During my apprenticeship as a media designer, I built a strong foundation in visual communication, layout, typography, and digital design fundamentals. I worked across print and digital formats and learned how to translate abstract ideas into clear, structured visuals under real deadlines and client expectations. This phase shaped how I think about clarity and consistency, skills that later became essential for product UX and system-based design, where decisions need to be both aesthetic and functional.

Creation internship @RaySono
As an intern at Ray Sono, I worked primarily on digital projects for McDonald’s, contributing to large-scale web initiatives within a highly structured, brand-governed environment. I supported the creation of layouts, components, and interactive prototypes aligned with strict corporate design guidelines and collaborated with designers, developers, and stakeholders through multi-step review cycles. This experience sharpened my ability to design within constraints, handle complex feedback loops, and deliver consistent work in high-visibility contexts.

Junior Designer @ediunsepp
At ediundsepp, I worked as a junior designer in close collaboration with architects, creatives, and strategists, translating complex architectural concepts into clear visual stories across digital and presentation formats. The interdisciplinary setup pushed me to communicate design decisions precisely to non-design stakeholders and iterate efficiently while maintaining quality. This role strengthened my structured thinking, collaboration skills, and my focus on clarity, principles that later carried over directly into product work.

2024 - Now
Product Manager & Head of Design @innosabi
In my current role, I combine responsibility for product design strategy with active product management, leading design direction while driving feature development in an agile environment. As Head of Design, I provide functional leadership for a 3-person design team, including design direction, critique, design system quality, cross-functional alignment, and hiring input. I have also been actively involved in hiring, contributing to the recruitment of 4 designers and 3 frontend developers. Beyond day-to-day feature delivery, I co-shape product strategy, align cross-team priorities, and ensure that design and product decisions support commercial goals such as expansion, retention, and successful enterprise rollouts. I collaborate daily within a cross-functional setup of 3 Product Managers, 3 designers, and 11 developers, providing direction and guidance to the design team while aligning roadmap priorities, interaction quality, and stakeholder expectations to keep everyone focused on shipping usable, scalable outcomes. I also build the structures that improve consistency across the platform. This role lets me operate at both strategic and operational levels, shaping how the organization builds, delivers, and evolves complex B2B SaaS products.
