ABOUT

From product design to SaaS E2E management.

Hi, I’m David 👋.

I started in product design and moved into B2B SaaS product management. I work end-to-end—from identifying user needs and defining product vision, shaping MVP scope, prototyping, testing, supporting delivery and iteration with engineers and designers.

I’m most effective in cross-functional environments where design, tech, and stakeholders need a clear plan, sharp prioritization, and a product that stays usable as it scales.

Case Studies

A showcase of some of my projects and case studies over the years.

I’ve worked across agency and B2B SaaS environments—sometimes leading design execution, and increasingly owning end-to-end product work: problem framing, scope, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and iteration.

My professional journey

From early product strategy to delivery details, I focus on making the work coherent: clear priorities, usable interfaces, and decisions that scale.

UI / UX Designer @innosabi

As a UI/UX Designer at innosabi, I focused on improving usability, workflows, and accessibility within a complex B2B SaaS platform, covering user research, wireframing, interaction design, and scalable UI patterns. I collaborated closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions were user-centered and technically feasible, with a strong emphasis on consistency and long-term scalability through design systems. This role deepened my product thinking and set the foundation for moving from design execution into product ownership.

Product Manager & Head of Design @innosabi

In my current role, I combine responsibility for product design strategy with active product management, leading design direction while driving feature development in an agile environment. As Head of Design, I provide functional leadership for a 3-person design team, including design direction, critique, design system quality, cross-functional alignment, and hiring input. I have also been actively involved in hiring, contributing to the recruitment of 4 designers and 3 frontend developers. Beyond day-to-day feature delivery, I co-shape product strategy, align cross-team priorities, and ensure that design and product decisions support commercial goals such as expansion, retention, and successful enterprise rollouts. I collaborate daily within a cross-functional setup of 3 Product Managers, 3 designers, and 11 developers, providing direction and guidance to the design team while aligning roadmap priorities, interaction quality, and stakeholder expectations to keep everyone focused on shipping usable, scalable outcomes. I also build the structures that improve consistency across the platform. This role lets me operate at both strategic and operational levels, shaping how the organization builds, delivers, and evolves complex B2B SaaS products.
