In my current role, I combine responsibility for product design strategy with active product management, leading design direction while driving feature development in an agile environment. As Head of Design, I provide functional leadership for a 3-person design team, including design direction, critique, design system quality, cross-functional alignment, and hiring input. I have also been actively involved in hiring, contributing to the recruitment of 4 designers and 3 frontend developers. Beyond day-to-day feature delivery, I co-shape product strategy, align cross-team priorities, and ensure that design and product decisions support commercial goals such as expansion, retention, and successful enterprise rollouts. I collaborate daily within a cross-functional setup of 3 Product Managers, 3 designers, and 11 developers, providing direction and guidance to the design team while aligning roadmap priorities, interaction quality, and stakeholder expectations to keep everyone focused on shipping usable, scalable outcomes. I also build the structures that improve consistency across the platform. This role lets me operate at both strategic and operational levels, shaping how the organization builds, delivers, and evolves complex B2B SaaS products.
